Our Process

 

We are not a door to door service, this is our company policy and this must be adhered to.

 

Our meeting points are central and easy to access, we understand that we may be driving straight past your house or that you may only be 5 minutes off the road but please respect that we have our meeting points to try and keep everything straight forward and on time.

 

Please be ON TIME for pick up/drop off of your pet, We don’t want to be grouchy! But its also extremely unfair on the pets to be waiting, They are our absolute priority. On that note we do understand that ‘stuff’ happens so please keep us in the loop

 

We post any updates/time schedule changes on our facebook page only (let me know if you don’t have facebook) If you urgently need to speak to me please phone me. A lot of area has minimal reception so sometimes we are out of range but I will be back in contact – if we are going to be more than 15 minutes late to your selected meeting point we will update facebook.

 

Drop off/Breeders:

 

Make sure you pet is bathed and is dry before entering our van, we pride ourselves on being clean and we hope you can understand that we want to keep it that way. It not only keeps everything smelling fresh but your very excited buyer is happy and ready to snuggle their new baby too!

 

Please pretty please do NOT feed your pet before departure. I know it seems mean but if they are car sick it is miserable for them for the entire journey – worse than being a bit hungry.

Puppy packs/items to go with your pet

 

We are more than happy to take these, we ask that these are very well labelled with new owners name clearly written on it. Please call me if you have any questions regarding this.

Bookings and Cancellations

 

Bookings slots are only confirmed once payment has been received, 

 

If you have made a booking but wish to cancel please let us know as soon as possible

10 days or more prior to departure – you will receive a full refund

Within 10 days – you will receive a 50% refund

Express Pet Transport NZ Limited reserves the right to refund all or part payment after deduction of costs already incurred.

 

Timetable

 

Please note, our timetable is a rough guideline, we will post updates on our Facebook page if there are changes to the below times. Please give yourselves enough time to get to us early. As you can imagine, we need to get through border control with the changes from Auckland to the rest of the country.
